That's My Bag, Baby {2}

Inspired by Hello, Chelly's What's in My Bag
It's been a while since I've done one of these and the last few weeks have definitely changed what I carry in my bag because, le sigh, I've succumbed to the traveler's notebook trend. After visiting Hannah and having her weave her Fae magic around me aka tell me how simple it is to use and how organized it makes her I was all about it. To be fair to Hannah, I was thinking of getting one for awhile but just couldn't find a cost-effective dupe but, again, she has magic she found one for me at JoAnn's! Woot woot! So here's what's in my bag as of late!

Michael Kors Purse // I bought this bag for myself for a birthday a few years ago and always seem to go back to it in between other purses. It's large, it's beautiful, it's sturdy, it's looks amazing with everything. I'll probably have to let it go for the summer as the color isn't bright like I like my summer purses but come fall, you know I'm eyeing you, Michael.

Traveler's Notebook // I love this thing, I cannot lie. I think it's so pretty. I love the notebooks I have inside. I love the organizational folder Hannah made me and all the fun office supply-type stuff I have on hand. I love, love, love, love, love it! I have a notebook for blog stuff, reading notes, travel lists, and everyday lists. I love that it keeps me organized and I have a place to write stuff down.

ACOMAF Pouch // Another new purchase because I had to have something that had one of my favorite quotes on it from one of my favorite books. If you can't tell in the picture it says, 'That I will bow before no one and nothing but my crown' and anybody that knows me knows that fits me to a T. Inside that pouch I keep my PilotG2 pens that I love! I use these for all non-planner related notes and notebooks. I love their colors and how they write!

Fossil Wallet // I've been traveling a lot lately, go figure, and I've been using this wallet because it's nice and flat and I can still fit a lot inside. It's just really easy to slip in my bag without feeling bogged down by a massive wallet.

Current Read // I'm SO excited to start this book but so sad at the same time! It's the last Susanna Kearsley book I haven't read and I've been saving it! I completely plan on re-reading all her books after I finish this one because I've realized she weaves in secondary characters throughout her books and it drives me mad I can't remember where each belong to. If you haven't read her books yet, get a move on!! They're incredible!

Mints // Gotta have fresh breath

Sunglasses // I have an obsession with sunglasses and my current favs are my rose gold Avs from Target! I love the look and the reflective color it gives off!

Headphones // I've really been into audio re-reads lately and I love how quickly I can get through them doing stuff around the house, while cooking, running errands (thanks again, Hannah), it's amazing!

Chapstick // Maybelline recently discontinued my favorite nude Baby Lips--cries all the tears--so I've been trying to find an alternative which I haven't yet but I've been loving this non-tinted chapstick from Burt's Bees in Vanilla Bean. Nice scent and I feel like it actually does something for my lips.

Keys // I adore my old school Beauty and the Beast keychain as well as the wanderlust and compass charms on my keys. My sisters got both of these for me as gifts and I absolutely love them!

There you have it! What's in your bag this month!?

  1. I love your wallet! I keep waffling between big wallets that could double as clutches, and teeny wallets that only have the essentials.

    YOU FELL FOR THE PLANNER TREND NOOOO hahahaha. I'm doing my best to avoid it. It seems like an added detail to my life that I just can't handle right now. I love seeing what others have come up with, their different styles and dedication. It's very creative. Glad you're at least enjoying it!!

    Burt's Bees chapstick is my favorite. I haven't tried their vanilla bean one, just use their standard beeswax, no color, no "flavor", and it works wonders. Hopefully you like it enough to make it your new regular chapstick!
